“Ghanaians Want Me To Win Grammys Because They Believe In Me” – Stonebwoy

Dancehall act, Livingstone Etse Satekla, well known in the music industry as Stonebwoy or 1GAD has said that Ghanaians want him to win Grammys because they believe in his hard work.


Stonebwoy has been one of the most prolific artiste we have in Africa. Hi hard work and dedication to the music industry have been very promising. He has also been among the few who are promoting the African culture in western countries.




Speaking on Pluzz FM, Stonebwoy used that opportunity to express gratitude and appreciation for believing in him and promises to work harder in bringing the award home.


‘When people believe in you, it is actually duty, it is a responsibility and in the end, it is also love, For somebody to believe in you they tend to live it there” he said.

He also said that his dreams of winning the topmost music award is still alive and he is working hards towards achieving that aim.


‘The Grammy is not out of range, remember in 2017 I got nominated alongside Morgan Heritage but they didn’t win that year‘ he added.
