Barima Sidney speaks on voting for NPP in 2016 elections

According to Barima Sidney in an exclusive interview with Togo Borga monitored by Virgin Blogger, The ruling NPP government has done alot since they took over from NDC and that he is proud of the achievements of President Akuffo Addo.


When asked if he is a member of Npp, the “Scent no” hit maker said his song was only used as a campaign song for the party and that does not make him a member of the ruling party but he is proud of the achievements of President Akuffo Addo and will vote for him in the upcoming elections.


He moreover advised Ghanaians to vote for President Akuffo in the upcoming elections.


The popular artist, whose, “Scentno no hit song” was officially adopted by the NPP for the triumphant 2004 elections, has since been with the ruling NPP campaign team as they crisscross the length and breadth of this country visiting the various constituencies.


I was paid good money for the campaign songs i did for the ruling New Patriotic Party and i have no regrets for rallying behind NPP in the 2016 elections Barima Sidney disclosed.


I am ever ready to jump on any platform to perform whenever NPP reaches out to me but not as a supporter of NPP because Sidney is not a supporter of NPP,” he said.
